I have been living in my apartment for about four years. Chris is very attentive to our needs as tenants, repairing whatever is needed shortly after we bring it to his attention. The house and backyard are also well maintained. If we could, we would rate our landlord 5 Stars, he is a stand-up guy! I recently recommended my best friend for the vacant unit next to mine because of the great experience I have had here these last four years.

During my stay in my apartment I never once felt that I was a tenant. I felt like I was dealing with a family member who was lending me his home to stay in for a while. I would not have left if I hadn’t moved out of state for work. Chris was always there for me without any hesitation. For the six or seven years I lived in my apartment I don't recall a time where I reached out to Chris for any issue and he wasn’t there for me. These days it is very hard to find a landlord who cares about their tenants like Chris. When I get the opportunity to move back to NJ he will be the first person I reach out to for an apartment. 

My family and I lived in our apartment for seven years with Chris as our landlord, and the only reason we moved is because we needed more space. Our relationship with Chris was excellent. He is approachable and fair. He always made repairs quickly and made sure we were comfortable and happy. We have recommended several of our friends for his other units because we knew they would be in good hands with Chris.

Chris was the landlord for the first apartment I ever rented. I wasn’t sure what to expect but Chris made the entire experience an enjoyable one. He was attentive to every detail, from moving in to handling any requests my roommates and I had. When it was time for us to move out, we recommended our friends to take the unit from us. I would definitely rent from Chris again.
