Mackenzie leads Asset & Property Management for Clear Mountain Properties, where she oversees performance across the firm’s growing Upstate South Carolina portfolio. With more than ten years of experience in real estate operations, she manages budgeting, financial planning, capital projects, leasing strategy, and team leadership across single-family, multifamily, industrial, retail, and office assets.

A skilled operator with a proven ability to scale systems, Kenz has built and implemented firmwide SOPs that increase efficiency, accountability, and operational clarity. Her work ensures that each property runs smoothly from day one: strengthening CMP’s ability to execute its value-add strategy and deliver consistent, reliable results for investors.

In addition to her role at CMP, Kenz is a Partner at CMP Management, where she directs daily operations, guides maintenance and leasing teams, and drives operational improvements across departments. She plays a key role in the acquisition and due-diligence process, bridging the handoff between underwriting, development, and stabilized operations.

Kenz holds active Real Estate Licenses in both North Carolina and South Carolina, as well as a South Carolina Property Manager-in-Charge (PMIC) License. These professional credentials reinforce her expertise in property operations, compliance, and resident-focused asset management.
