Delivering Through Challenges, Creating Lasting Value

Breaking ground in August 2021, The Sinclair was envisioned as twelve modern townhomes in Greenville County. The path to delivery, however, was far from simple.

During site work, crews hit unexpected rock beneath Conwell Street while boring for sewer lines, forcing weeks of blasting, redesign, and coordination with city officials. A damaged water line compounded delays. These challenges threatened to derail the timeline—but instead became proof of CMP’s resilience. Working hand-in-hand with the city and utility providers, we kept schedules aligned so site work and home construction could finish in tandem.

By Q2 2024, the project was refinanced to strengthen economics. By Q3 2024, all units secured Certificates of Occupancy, with the first sales closing immediately. Within months, momentum carried through: by mid-2025, 11 of 12 homes were sold, with the final unit under contract.

The Sinclair demonstrates our ability to:

Adapt under pressure – managing unforeseen site challenges without derailing delivery.

Execute with discipline – aligning financing, timelines, and inspections.

Deliver results – achieving near sell-out within months of completion.

What began as a difficult build is now a case study in how CMP turns obstacles into outcomes—and delivers lasting value for partners and investors.
